The optimum duration varies according to your objectives and constraints. Our standard format extends over 4 to 6 weeks, with alternating periods of group work and independent challenges. This allows you to maintain yourengagement over time, while adapting to summer vacations. To maximize impact, we recommend launching the challenge at the end of June/beginning of July with a unifying event, then closing it at the beginning of September with a moment of celebration to energize the start of the new school year.
