Physical well-being: what if we gamified movement?
(Re)mise en forme game: the step challenge that's good for the body... and the team
(Re)mise en forme is the ideal game for getting back into a good rhythm... without forcing yourself. Over several days, your teams follow the tempo of a feel-good session: gentle warm-up, energy build-up, then a collective finale that makes you want to keep going.
Each player sets himself a small personal goal, shares his efforts with his team, and takes up simple but effective challenges: step of the day, express gainage, chrono chair...
The icing on the cake: each team is associated with a muse inspired by a mythical sportsperson, to motivate each other without pressure.
Activate in January (good resolutions), spring (desire for renewal), back-to-school or before a sporting event.

Isn't a step challenge too basic?
Not at all. Its strength lies precisely in its simplicity. By relying on game mechanics and collective reference points (rankings, teams, sports icons, etc.), the format becomes a real lever forengagement and cohesion.
What kind of challenges are on offer?
Each day, participants take on a variety of challenges: step of the day, express gainage, chrono chair, mini-objectives to share as a team... So many feel-good rituals that fit easily into the working day.
Can anyone take part, even if they're not an athlete?
Yes, the game is designed to suit all levels. The aim is not performance, but the desire to move a little more, together. Everyone progresses at their own pace, in a friendly, collective environment.
