The "Smoke-Free Month" challenge is a national initiative that OuiLive has adapted specifically to the professional context, to create a collective dynamic conducive to quitting smoking.
In November, we offer a comprehensive program combining awareness-raising, personalized coaching and team activities to support your employees in this health initiative. Our approach is based on three pillars:
information (workshops with health professionals), support (individual coaching and cessation tools) and motivation (collective challenges and recognition system). A full assessment is presented to you in January to measure the overall impact and define the actions to be continued.
