A collective step challenge to reconnect ArcelorMittal teams.
In May 2024, ArcelorMittal launched a step challenge to recreate links between its employees while promoting physical well-being. In 16 days, 432 participants enthusiastically took up the challenge, accumulating 72 million steps - or 58,540 km, the equivalent of 1,387 marathons.
The result was record mobilization, with 89%engagement and 72% completion, exchanges between sites and a shared desire to continue the adventure.
