To help Crédit Agricole advisors better understand and promote the Amundi Stock Market Range, the Group has transformed its training program into an engaging digital experience.
Through educational quizzes and collaborative challenges, the teams were able to explore the product range, reinforce key messages, and boost their sales confidence.
Objective: To strengthen product knowledge and boost sales.
Results: 30 out of 39 regional branches participated, with over 3,500 advisors taking part, and 82% reporting that they now have a better understanding of the product offering and know how to present it to their clients.
