Monnoyeur
Challenge context
Monnoyeur, an international company present in 19 countries and with employees speaking 12 languages, decided to launch a connected challenge to promoteengagement and cohesion among its employees worldwide.
Using the OuiLive application, Monnoyeur organized a challenge entitled "Monnoyeur - Duo for a Transat", inspired by the Transat Jacques Vabre transatlantic race, where participants compete as a duo through various game modules (photo challenges, video challenges, quizzes, polls, step challenges).
The aim was to create an engaging and stimulating event, while strengthening ties between employees, regardless of their location, all the while supporting their skipper Benjamin Ferré, a true standard-bearer for the Monnoyeur brand image in the world of sport.
A look back at the challenge
A successful challenge
The challenge was a great success, not only in terms of acquisition but above all in terms of the satisfaction of the participants and the Monnoyeur project teams. The 602 participants took a total of 33,000,000 steps, representing over 27,000 kms covered. This massive engagement showed that Monnoyeur's employees were ready to take on a challenge, while having a great deal of fun in the process.
The qualitative feedback was extremely positive. Participants appreciated the diversity and originality of the challenges on offer, and above all the opportunity to connect with colleagues from different countries where the company is present.The first six duos were lucky enough to win a trip to Le Havre to attend the start of the race, a highly motivating reward that helped involve all employees in a flagship Monnoyeur event. A resounding success for the OuiLive and Monnoyeur teams.
