How can we concretely measure the impact of our team-building?
We systematically integrate evaluation mechanisms before, during and after the event. Our "Impact+" methodology combines self-assessment questionnaires, behavioral observations during activities and monitoring of key indicators in the following months. We provide you with a customized dashboard to visualize progress on critical dimensions such as communication quality, collaborative problem-solving or mutual trust. These measures enable you to quantify precisely the return on investment of your approach.
Our team is spread over several sites, so how do we create an inclusive experience for everyone?
We have developed hybrid formats specifically designed for geographically distributed teams. Our "One Team" approach combines synchronized local activities between sites with moments of interactive virtual connection. We can also organize multi-site events with common challenges carried out simultaneously, or create a central event where all teams meet physically. In all cases, we guarantee a fair and engaging experience for every participant, regardless of their location.
How can you extend the benefits of team-building beyond the event itself?
The sustainability of what has been learned is integrated right from the design stage of your team-building event. Our "Sustainable Impact" approach includes: the definition of collective commitments formalized at the end of the event, the implementation of a concrete action plan with 30, 60 and 90-day objectives, the identification of internal ambassadors to maintain the momentum, and team micro-rituals that can be easily integrated into daily life. We also offer follow-up sessions at 3 and 6 months to measure progress and adjust actions if necessary.
