Our approach to raising awareness is based on direct experience rather than theoretical discourse. We give priority to immersive situations, authentic testimonials from people with disabilities and interaction with professionals from the adapted sector. Our "Regards Croisés" workshops gently deconstruct prejudices and approach disability from the angle of skills rather than limitations. We also train your disability referents to communicate fairly and in a balanced way on these complex subjects throughout the year.
How can we measure the effectiveness of our actions during SEEPH?
We implement a multi-criteria evaluation system that goes beyond simple quantitative indicators (number of participants, employment rate).
