What is the Challenge Agir pour la Santé Mentale?
The Agir pour la Santé Mentale challenge is an opportunity to raise teams' awareness of mental health issues, and engage them in activities to improve well-being. By taking part in this challenge, companies can address this sensitive issue in a fun way, and become part of an initiative to improve workers' mental health.
With 48% of employees suffering from psychological distress, 34% declaring themselves to be in burnout (Empreinte humaine barometer) and psychological disorders among the top 3 most frequent causes of sick leave (absenteeism barometer 2023), mental health is a key issue for organizations. Several studies, including one conducted by MIT and Harvard, show that employees who feel good about themselves are more productive, efficient and committed.

As part of the Agir pour la Santé mentale challenge, here are the activities planned to raise awareness and drive team engagement :
Pedagogical content
Educate and train employees on the main issues and impacts of mental health, highlighting psychosocial risks (stress, burn out, workaholism, overconnection, harassment...) and solutions to prevent and eliminate them (disconnection, yoga, meditation, sleep...).
Pedometer
Getting moving, moving your body, doing sport improves your mental well-being. Encourage physical activity with a step challenge, each step increasing the team's score.
Quiz
Assess your employees' knowledge of mental health with quizzes on PSRs, risk behaviors or good self-care practices.
Creative challenges
Stimulate creativity through photo and video challenges on the theme of mental health, with, for example, smiling selfies to boost self-esteem, sharing rituals for eating well and looking after your morale.
