Our teams are spread over several sites, and may even work from home. How can we adapt the system?
Our Collaborative Advent Calendar is natively designed to work in hybrid or multi-site work environments. We deploy a combination of synchronous and asynchronous, physical and virtual activities, enabling everyone to participate regardless of their location. Our dedicated digital platform centralizes challenges, achievements and sharing moments, while physical kits can be sent to teleworkers' homes. This hybrid approach even strengthens the sense of connection between remote employees during this festive period.
How much time do our in-house teams need to invest?
Our turnkey approach is designed to minimize the burden on your in-house resources. After an initial scoping workshop (2-3 hours), we take charge of all design, logistics and facilitation. Your HR or Communications team is only involved in validating the proposals and relaying the information internally. To maximize ownership, we simply recommend identifying volunteer "ambassadors" in different teams, who will devote around 1 hour a week to energizing their colleagues' participation.
How can we measure the concrete benefits of such a festive initiative?
Right from the design stage, we integrate a comprehensive evaluation system to measure short- and medium-term impact. Quantitative indicators (participation rates, digital engagement , knowledge quizzes) and qualitative indicators (verbatims, collaborative productions) are collected daily. A before/during/after climate barometer measures changes in the sense of belonging and cohesion. Three months after the operation, an impact assessment measures the lasting effects on corporate culture, inter-team collaboration and collectiveengagement .
