Heppner: an SQVT challenge to engage teams around mental health
As part of its quality of life at work initiative, Heppner launched a collective challenge focused on physical and mental health. Through educational quizzes, walking challenges, and photo and video sharing, employees explored concrete actions they could take to look after themselves on a daily basis.
Objective: to address mental health in an accessible way and encourage participation around an issue that is often difficult to deal with.
Results: 795 participants, more than 37,000 km covered, more than 2,000 quizzes completed, and 97% of employees willing to participate in a new challenge.
