Challenge context
As an official supporter of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Viparis sought to mobilize all its employees around a festive, unifying initiative. With this in mind, the company launched an in-house challenge, made up of various interactive modules such as quizzes, polls, and photo and video challenges, enhanced by physical activity tracking using pedometers.
The program aimed to strengthen teamengagement and cohesion, while aligning corporate objectives with enthusiasm for the Olympic Games. The result was a collective celebration of sporting and collaborative values.
A look back at the challenge
A successful challenge
Viparis had set itself a target of 10 million steps recorded and 8,000 kilometers covered. The challenge was met and exceeded! The winning teams were rewarded, and the draw for collective prizes added to the momentum of participation.
The program's success has encouraged Viparis to consider similar challenges in the future, proving that fun and inclusive activities can coexist with corporate objectives, enriching the employee experience.
