Challenge context
Sodexo, world leader in services for a better quality of life, is fully committed as an official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The company currently employs 30,000 people across France in both head office and field functions.
As part of its partnership with the Paris 2024 Games and with the ambition of federating its employees around this theme, the Sodexo Group has teamed up with OuiLive.
Through 6 consecutive Challenges, participants were able to learn about the history of gaming and its evolution.
The prize: tickets to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Victory has never tasted so sweet!
A look back at the challenge
A successful challenge
The content of the Challenges has been customized, giving rise to four or five distinct stages, each offering a photo and video challenge, polls, quizzes and a continuous pedometer.
To reward its winning employees, Sodexo offered tickets to the top three individual champions and the top three teams to attend the competition.
With over 12 million steps taken and more than 50 teams registered for each Challenge, these events are a real internal success. Sodexo employees gain in cohesion and unite around the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games partnership.
