How is Planity promoting cohesion among its 400 employees across the country during the Euro and Olympic Games 24?

Challenge context

💡 Planity is a French online appointment scheduling platform dedicated to hair salons, beauty salons and barbershops. It enables customers to book services in real time, while professionals optimize their schedule management and increase their visibility.

This was their first challenge with OuiLive. Preparation time was short, but customers were able to access "turnkey" challenges without the need for major modifications. They used the Dashboard to track registrations and extract data.

Here, we present our collaboration through the analysis of two challenges organized in close proximity to each other: the first, on the theme of the 2024 Olympics, aimed to raise employee awareness of this event, while the second focused on European Football Cup predictions.

The aim of these challenges is to strengthen cohesion between employees and organize entertainment around the major 2024 sporting competitions (in particular the Paris 2024 Games).

A look back at the challenge

A successful challenge

The Challenge was a success, creating a buzz with an 86%engagement rate. Participation was outstanding, with 175 forecasters and 177 Olympians. The completion rate for active participants was 84%, reflecting employee retention in the challenge and a definite attractiveness.

The Challenges were appreciated, particularly the team chat, which was used by employees as a real vector of cohesion. The project manager praises the intuitive, flexible dashboard.
