How did BPCE T&O (Technologies & Operations) promote its partnership with the Olympic Torch Relay by creating a digital relay on OuiLive to engage all its employees?
Challenge context
The aim of this project was to organize a virtual charity relay involving all T&O employees in Paris and the surrounding regions. The relay was adapted to the Olympic torch relay, and participants virtually and symbolically passed the flame between the various sites involved. Together, they had to cover the number of kilometers required to link their site to the next.
A charitable dimension was integrated into the project in the form of donations collected through participants' physical activity.

A successful challenge
BPCE T&O employees walked in aid of the French Federation of Adapted Sports (FFSA), which supports physical and sporting activities for people with mental and/or psychological disabilities. A minimum donation of €5,000 should be given to the association, doubled if each site achieves the distance set for its challenge.
