Challenge context
Apprentis d'Auteuil supports nearly 40,000 young people and 8,000 vulnerable families every year. Through its welcome, education, training and integration programs in France and abroad.
Today, the foundation has over 7200 employees.
Since 2022, Apprentis d'Auteuil has organized its own annual inter-company Challenge.
The foundation offers companies an inter-company sports and solidarity event to support families in difficulty.
Deployed over a 12-day period, the Challenge organized by Apprentis d'Auteuil aims to mobilize all employees and participating companies to generate donations for Les Maisons des familles!

A look back at the challenge
A successful challenge
The Challenge was a resounding success this year, with 31 companies taking part and over 2,000 employees.
Feedback from companies and employees was very positive, with 94.2% of respondents wishing to use the application again next year. The application was appreciated for its design and ergonomics, and the addition of the "challenge" tab with solidarity missions was a real plus.
Thanks to the participation of our companies and the mobilization of all our employees, we were able to release a donation of €290,000 for the association Les Maisons des Familles.
Collaboration with OuiLive was highly appreciated, with good responsiveness and quality support, despite a few points for improvement identified, such as step synchronization problems for 40.6% of respondents, latencies in the display of rankings, and discrepancies between extraction data and video data.
OuiLive's solutions should help overcome these challenges in the future.
