How can Amundi employees be made aware of the importance of responsible investment and encouraged to integrate it into their practices, thanks to a fun and measurable initiative?

Challenge context

The fourth edition of Amundi Crédit Agricole's national inter-entity Challenge was launched with the aim of (re)discovering the themes of the Engagée range, which focuses on responsible investment.

The aim of the challenge was to train and mobilize employees around these topics, reinforcing both their knowledge and their engagement. Teams, formed in advance by regional branch, took part in a variety of interactive modules, including quizzes, photo and video challenges, pedometer challenges, as well as polls and predictions.

A look back at the challenge

A successful challenge

With 5,399 participants from 29 Regional Banks, the "Agir pour Demain" Challenge far exceeded expectations in terms of participation andengagement. Amundi Crédit Agricole noted a marked improvement in employees' understanding of responsible investment.

Feedback from participants highlighted a greater awareness and promotion of responsible investment, reinforcing the company's environmental and ecological values.

These effects are reflected in the colossal number of points accumulated throughout the Challenge, reaching 15,865,760, showing that the modules were well attended. The sports section was also well received, with 384,419,711 steps accumulated over the entire Challenge.

The integration of educational modules on responsible investment also aroused keen interest among employees, contributing to the success of the challenge.
