The "Semaine QVT" challenge is a catalyst event that mobilizes your entire organization around Quality of Life at Work.
Much more than just a series of events, this week is a veritable laboratory for experimenting with how to anchor well-being in your corporate culture over the long term. Our approach combines collaborative workshops, inspiring conferences and immersive activities to address the many dimensions of QWL:
work/personal life balance, work environment, overall health, interpersonal relations and meaning at work.

Experience QWL through play and collective intelligence
Our QWL game modules transform abstract concepts into concrete, memorable experiences. Designed according to the principles of experiential learning, these playful workshops enable participants to experience, feel and understand the different dimensions of Quality of Life at Work. The play-based approach creates a safe space where everyone can explore new practices, express their needs and co-construct innovative solutions by mobilizing collective intelligence.
Equilibrium Challenge
An immersive simulation game where participants, divided into teams, must manage a virtual project while preserving their team's work/life balance. Faced with unforeseen events and changing constraints, they must make strategic decisions that simultaneously impact performance, well-being andengagement. This module reveals the systemic mechanisms of QWL and develops the ability to make balanced decisions that serve both the organization's objectives and the well-being of individuals.
Empathy Lab
An experiential workshop where participants are invited to experience daily work life through the perspective of other roles and situations (temporary disability, specific personal constraints, different generations...). Using carefully designed scenarios and immersive props, this module develops organizational empathy and the ability to design inclusive work environments that meet the diverse needs of employees. Participants leave with an in-depth understanding of accessibility and inclusion issues.
Future Workplace Design
A co-creation workshop where participants, guided by design thinking methodologies, imagine and prototype tomorrow's ideal working environment. Using a variety of materials (models, digital tools, visual aids), teams bring to life their vision of a workspace that optimizes well-being, collaboration and performance. This module stimulates collective creativity, develops the ability to project concrete solutions, and generates ideas that can be used directly to change working spaces and practices.
