What is the "Month of Solidarity" challenge?
Solidarity Month is a collaborative initiative that changes your corporate culture while generating a beneficial social effect. Over the course of four intensive weeks, we guide your employees through an organized itinerary of tangible solidarity actions, in line with your company's own identity and the local challenges that surround you. Our method combines awareness of social issues, skills sponsorship, collective volunteering and donation campaigns to strengthen internal unity while putting your skills to good use for the benefit of the underprivileged. This program fosters collaboration, develops new skills and strengthens your image as an employer, while offering your organization the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to contemporary social issues.

As soon as the program is set up, we put in place processes to ensure its sustainability: identifying and training internal representatives, creating a community of "solidarity champions", drawing up an annual action calendar, incorporating solidarity commitments into your HR procedures (integration, evaluation, recognition). The collaboration platform is constantly open to encourage further action and assess its overall impact.
