How do you turn a one-day event into a lasting dynamic?
Our "World Environment Day" approach is based on one key principle: to create lasting change. We organize the day as the start of long-term projects, with constant monitoring and goals spread throughout the year. Each group formed during the event is assigned a specific ecological project, and receives support to maintain this involvement. Our digital tool offers the opportunity to observe progress, celebrate successes and maintain collective momentum long after the initial event.
What kind of environmental initiatives can be launched on this day?
We tailor projects to your context, your level of environmentalengagement and your aspirations. Among the actions with significant impact: waste minimization programs, improving energy efficiency of premises, greening the supply chain, establishing a green innovation laboratory, plastic-free challenges, and also implementing a sustainable mobility policy. How do you engage all your staff, including those who are the least aware of ecological issues?
Our inclusive strategy is based on a variety ofengagement formats to appeal to all sensibilities. We combine awareness-raising (motivating presentations, wilderness experiences), gamification (collective challenges, serious games), empowerment (hands-on training sessions) and appreciation (appreciation of contributions). This approach gives everyone the opportunity to take part in ecological change, regardless of their initial level of involvement or role within the company.
How can we concretely assess the impact of our day dedicated to the environment?
We introduce a 360° evaluation mechanism that assesses impact on three levels: environmental (carbon footprint reduction, resource conservation, biodiversity protection), organizational (employee involvement, process optimization, innovation) and external (image with stakeholders, brand awareness, distinction). These indicators are monitored before, during and after the event in order to accurately measure the benefits created and to modify future actions.
