(Re)mise en forme game: the step challenge that's good for the body... and the team
(Re)mise en forme is the ideal game for getting back into a good rhythm... without forcing yourself. Over several days, your teams follow the tempo of a feel-good session: gentle warm-up, energy build-up, then a collective finale that makes you want to keep going.
Each player sets himself a small personal goal, shares his efforts with his team, and takes on simple but effective challenges - step of the day, express bodyweight gain, chair time...
The icing on the cake: each team is associated with a muse inspired by a mythical sportsperson, to motivate each other without pressure.
To be activated in January (for good resolutions), in spring (for renewal), at the start of the school year or before a sporting event.
