Heppner: an SQVT challenge to engage teams around mental health
A group experience designed to raise awareness about mental health while boosting employee engagement.
As part of its SQVT initiative, Heppner launched a team challenge focused on physical and mental health. Through educational quizzes, walking challenges, and photo and video sharing, employees explored practical ways to take care of themselves on a daily basis.
Goal: To address mental health in an accessible way and encourage participation in a topic that is often difficult to discuss.
Results: 795 participants, over 37,000 km traveled, over 2,000 quizzes completed, and 97% of employees ready to take on a new challenge.
