Bolloré: a prediction challenge to experience Roland Garros as a team
A sporting and unifying experience to strengthen cohesion between branches.
To bring Roland Garros to life internally, Bolloré came up with a collective challenge based on predictions. Through quizzes, step challenges, and photo sharing, employees were able to follow the tournament together and create a daily ritual around the event.
Objective: to bring teams together for a lighthearted and accessible event. Results: 170 participants, over 12 million steps, 650 predictions made, and 99% of participants won over by the dynamic.
