Every year, Pernod Ricard trains its employees in ethics and compliance. To make this event more engaging, the Group has digitized and gamified its program via a fun mobile experience combining quizzes, photo challenges, surveys and step challenges.

Objective: get 25% of teams on board. Result: 3,369 participants, 71 million steps taken, 95% satisfaction and 9 out of 10 declaring a better understanding of the Code of Business Conduct.
