How do you tailor the welcome week to the profiles and professions of new arrivals?

Our approach is based on a common foundation that conveys your culture and values, to which are added specific modules tailored to each profile. Thanks to our "Core & Custom" methodology, we work with you to design a program that alternates group experiences with personalized business immersions. Each employee benefits from a tailor-made program that respects his or her uniqueness while integrating him or her into the community, with content and interactions calibrated to his or her role, experience and development objectives.
Preparation ideally begins one month before arrival and is built around three pillars: logistical preparation (workspace, tools, access), building the discovery path (agenda, key contacts, learning moments) and the relational dimension (mentoring, informal moments, integration into the social ecosystem). Our methodology guides you step by step in this preparation, with personalized checklists, communication templates and training courses for managers and buddies involved in the welcoming process.
Our evaluation approach combines qualitative and quantitative indicators through a three-stage measurement system. Regular pulse surveys capture employee feelings at D+1, D+7, D+30 and D+90. Objective indicators measure the speed of acquisition of key skills and social integration. Finally, structured interviews with the manager and peers assess the quality of integration. This system enables you to continuously optimize your process thanks to precise, actionable data.
The involvement of the internal ecosystem is crucial to successful onboarding.
