What is the 10,000 Steps Challenge?

The 10,000 Steps Challenge is a dynamic initiative that transforms daily physical activity into a motivating collective adventure.

Inspired by WHO recommendations on minimum physical activity, this program engages your employees in an active approach to their health, while strengthening team cohesion. For 4 to 8 weeks, participants track their daily step count via a dedicated app, and contribute to a collective corporate goal.

More than just counting steps, our challenge features weekly challenges, individual and team rankings, and moments to celebrate success.

A treasure hunt in the city or on your premises, where clues are progressively unlocked according to the collective number of steps completed. Teams must work together to reach daily step milestones and discover the clues leading to the final treasure. This game creates a collective emulation while encouraging everyone to actively contribute to the common goal. Customizable to suit your environment and corporate culture, this activity transforms walking into a real playful quest.
Step Champions League
A weekly inter-team tournament with a variety of challenges: sprint step day, team relays, or "creative steps" where participants have to draw a specific route on the map using their GPS track. Each week, a new theme is proposed, and the winning teams accumulate points in the overall ranking. This module injects a healthy dose of competition that maintains commitment over time and values collective rather than individual performance.
Virtual World Tour
An immersive adventure in which the accumulated steps of all participants are converted into kilometers on a virtual world map. The entire company travels symbolically through emblematic destinations, discovering at each stage cultural content, anecdotes and challenges linked to the place reached. A weekly newsletter celebrates the journey and announces the next destination. This module gives meaning to the collective effort and creates a shared imagination around the challenge.
