How Vinci managed to promote inclusion and diversity within its global teams through an engaging and educational OuiLive Challenge?

Challenge context

Vinci is a global concessions and construction company, committed to promoting inclusion and diversity. To celebrate the Inclusion & Diversity DAYS 2024, Vinci has organized an interactive challenge in partnership with OuiLive.

The aim of the challenge was to equip participants with the tools they need to provide advice within their business units, and to shed light on the resolution of business situations arising from diverse opinions.

Points accumulated during the challenge were converted into donations to support various diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company. Activities included quizzes, surveys, photo/video challenges, as well as round-table discussions and interactive booths to deepen understanding of the issues addressed.
