Challenge context

The third edition of Amundi Crédit Agricole's national inter-entity Challenge has been launched to (re)discover the themes of the Engagée range, focusing on green financial products.

The aim of the challenge was to train and motivate employees around these themes, reinforcing their knowledge and commitment. Teams, pre-created by regional caisse, took part in a variety of modules, including quizzes, photo and video challenges, pedometers, polls and predictions. Rewards included financial contributions to four associations, motivating participants to get actively involved.

A successful challenge

With 2810 participants from 21 Regional Banks, the Challenge Agir pour Demain exceeded expectations in terms of participation and commitment. Amundi Crédit Agricole observed a greater awareness of green financial products among employees and a significant contribution to three associations. Feedback from participants highlighted a better understanding and promotion of green financial products, reinforcing the company's environmental values.
