Each Summer Challenge is tailor-made after an immersion phase in your organization. We analyze your culture, values and current challenges to calibrate a program perfectly aligned with your DNA and strategic objectives. Whether it's a question of strengthening inter-departmental collaboration, accelerating innovation or integrating new employees, we design specific challenges that meet your priorities while guaranteeing a memorable experience.

Our hybrid approach combines physical and digital experiences to ensure inclusive participation, no matter how your teams work. We deploy a dedicated interactive platform, asynchronous challenges and hybrid celebration rituals that enable everyone to contribute and live the experience to the full. For multi-site organizations, we orchestrate stimulating inter-site challenges that transform distance into an opportunity for positive emulation.

The optimum duration varies according to your objectives and constraints. Our standard format extends over 4 to 6 weeks, with alternating periods of group work and independent challenges. This allows you to maintain your commitment over time, while adapting to summer vacations. To maximize impact, we recommend launching the challenge at the end of June/beginning of July with a unifying event, then closing it at the beginning of September with a moment of celebration to energize the start of the new school year.

Right from the design stage, we integrate a rigorous evaluation methodology based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. Through before/after pulse surveys, analysis of participation and commitment, and structured feedback sessions, we precisely document the impact on cohesion, communication, well-being and collective efficiency. A personalized dashboard enables you to visualize these evolutions and identify the gains to be sustained post-challenge.
