Feedback Week

Unleash the power of constructive feedback in your organization
May & November

What is the "Feedback Week" challenge?

The Feedback Week Challenge is an intensive program designed to radically transform the feedback culture within your organization. During this dedicated week, we deploy a set of activities, workshops and tools aimed at establishing regular, constructive and two-way feedback practices. The aim is to break down communication silos, encourage transparent exchanges between all hierarchical levels, and create an environment where everyone feels listened to and valued.

Our methodical approach combines training in advanced feedback techniques, practical sessions in real-life situations and the implementation of monitoring indicators to anchor these new habits in the long term. In just one week, we lay the foundations for a profound cultural transformation that improves collaboration, accelerates skills development and strengthens the commitment of your teams.

How can we overcome resistance to feedback in our organization?

Resistance to feedback is natural and often stems from negative past experiences. Our step-by-step approach helps to defuse them effectively: we start by creating a reassuring framework and clear rules, we train in constructive feedback techniques (SCI model: Situation-Consequence-Impact), then we facilitate first positive experiences through supervised exercises. This three-step method gradually transforms apprehension into positive expectation, setting up a new paradigm in which feedback becomes a valued opportunity rather than a feared threat.
Sustainability is at the heart of our approach. We deploy a complete ecosystem of complementary tools: a digital platform for continuous feedback, personalized practical guides, turnkey team rituals (such as Feedback Fridays) and monitoring indicators integrated into managerial dashboards. We also train internal "feedback ambassadors" who will continue to support the process after our intervention. Our post-challenge support program includes follow-up sessions at 1, 3 and 6 months to fine-tune the approach and guarantee its lasting impact.
The diversity of profiles is an asset that we fully integrate into our approach. First, we use diagnostic tools (such as DISC or MBTI) to map each person's communication preferences. Then we adapt feedback methods accordingly: direct or indirect formats, factual or emotional approach, individual or group setting. Our workshops include specific modules on "stylistic adaptation", enabling everyone to calibrate their message according to the recipient's profile, maximizing impact and minimizing the risk of misunderstanding.
There are three measurable levels of return on investment. In the short term (1-3 months): improved social climate and reduced interpersonal tensions (-35% on average). In the medium term (3-6 months): accelerated skills development (+28% effectiveness of development plans) and increased commitment (+21%). In the long term (6-12 months): improved collective performance, reduced turnover (-17%) and enhanced organizational agility. We work with you to set up a customized dashboard to track these indicators and quantify the precise impact on your organization.
