When is the ideal time to organize our "Back to School" challenge?

The optimum period is between late August and mid-September, ideally within two weeks of the return of the majority of your employees. This timing allows you to capitalize on the energy of the return, while avoiding everyone immediately falling back into their habits and silos. For international teams or those working in shifts, we adapt the timetable while maintaining this "collective reset" logic. Our experience shows that an intervention too late (beyond the end of September) significantly loses transformational impact.
Our "Team Re-entry" methodology has been specifically designed to work in all work environments. For hybrid or remote teams, we deploy a combination of digital collaborative tools, synchronous and asynchronous formats, and tailored immersive experiences. Our facilitators are experts in remote workshop facilitation and virtual engagement techniques. We can also create physical kits sent to your employees' homes to reinforce the sensory experience and materialize team membership, even at a distance.
