What is Pink October?

October Rose is an essential annual campaign to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. In France, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women, and the leading cause of cancer-related death in this population.

Awareness-raising plays a fundamental role in encouraging early screening, recommended for women over 50, or earlier depending on individual risk. The aim is to encourage early detection, which can significantly improve the chances of recovery.

October Rose is an opportunity to inform women about the importance of regular screening, and to promote advances in treatment and support.
