What is the "Smoke-free Month" corporate challenge?

The "Smoke-Free Month" challenge is a national initiative that OuiLive has adapted specifically to the professional context, to create a collective dynamic conducive to quitting smoking.

In November, we offer a comprehensive program combining awareness-raising, personalized coaching and team activities to support your employees in this health initiative. Our approach is based on three pillars:

information (workshops with health professionals), support (individual coaching and cessation tools) and motivation (collective challenges and recognition system). Our methodology is based on a positive, inclusive approach. We create a caring environment where participation remains voluntary and confidential. Activities are designed to include smokers and non-smokers in a supportive rather than judgmental dynamic. Non-smokers can get involved as "allies" and take on other health challenges at the same time. Our communication is carefully designed to promote the collective approach without making those involved feel guilty.
Post-challenge follow-up is crucial to sustaining results. We deploy a 3-month consolidation program including individual coaching sessions, peer support groups and monthly micro-challenges. Our digital platform helps maintain motivation and celebrate progress. We also train internal referents who can continue to drive this dynamic. A full assessment is presented to you in January to measure the overall impact and define the actions to be continued.
