Solidarity Month

Increase your social impact and your teams' commitment in just one month
December

What is the "Month of Solidarity" challenge?

Solidarity Month is a collaborative initiative that changes your corporate culture while generating a beneficial social effect. Over the course of four intensive weeks, we guide your employees through an organized itinerary of tangible solidarity actions, in line with your company's own identity and the local challenges that surround you. Our method combines awareness of social issues, skills sponsorship, collective volunteering and donation campaigns to strengthen internal unity while putting your skills to good use for the benefit of the underprivileged. This program fosters collaboration, develops new skills and strengthens your image as an employer, while offering your organization the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to contemporary social issues.

How can we integrate Solidarity Month into our corporate culture and principles?

Our approach begins with an immersion phase that enables us to identify the factors that naturally align with your identity, your skills and your employees' ambitions. Then, together, we develop a customized program that highlights your unique assets and fosters synergies with your global strategy. Whether it's digital inclusion, professional integration, the fight against poverty or helping individuals in vulnerable situations, the initiatives suggested are a true reflection of who you are as an entity.
Our "Together in Solidarity" approach is designed to blend seamlessly into our professional routine. We offer a wide range of activities (from 1 hour to a full day), allowing everyone to participate according to their availability. Our digital platform makes it easy to manage and track the actions we propose. We also advocate a gradual strategy that includes a mix of mandatory and optional actions, while ensuring a balanced distribution of time spent throughout the month to reduce the effect on operations.
In addition to its social benefits, Solidarity Month brings tangible advantages to your organization: strengthening ties between colleagues and departments, acquiring multi-skills (leadership, empathy, collaboration), spotting unexpected talent, improving the internal climate and day-to-day involvement. Our impact assessment method enables you to quantify these benefits and assess the program's human and organizational return on investment.
Our aim is to create a sustainable dynamic. As soon as the program is set up, we put in place processes to ensure its sustainability: identifying and training internal representatives, creating a community of "solidarity champions", drawing up an annual action calendar, incorporating solidarity commitments into your HR procedures (integration, evaluation, recognition). The collaboration platform is constantly open to encourage further action and assess its overall impact.
