We then co-construct with you a tailor-made calendar that seamlessly integrates your key messages, organizational priorities and employee expectations. Each activity is calibrated to reflect your identity, while adding a dimension of surprise and novelty that creates commitment. Customization can extend to your graphic charter, internal vocabulary and specific traditions.
Our Collaborative Advent Calendar is natively designed to work in hybrid or multi-site work environments. We deploy a combination of synchronous and asynchronous, physical and virtual activities, enabling everyone to participate regardless of their location. Our dedicated digital platform centralizes challenges, achievements and sharing moments, while physical kits can be sent to teleworkers' homes. This hybrid approach even strengthens the sense of connection between remote employees during this festive period.
Our turnkey approach is designed to minimize the burden on your in-house resources. After an initial scoping workshop (2-3 hours), we take charge of all design, logistics and facilitation. Your HR or Communications team is only involved in validating the proposals and relaying the information internally. To maximize ownership, we simply recommend identifying volunteer "ambassadors" in different teams, who will devote around 1 hour a week to energizing their colleagues' participation.
Right from the design stage, we integrate a comprehensive evaluation system to measure short- and medium-term impact.
