How does Pernod Ricard raise team awareness of its Ethics & Compliance policy while stimulating commitment and training through the Compliance Days Challenge?

Challenge context

Pernod Ricard created its Compliance Days Challenge on the OuiLive platform to train and raise awareness among Group employees of its Ethics & Compliance policy, and also generate traffic on its various internal platforms and channels.

The gamification of this policy should enable Pernod Ricard to engage its employees, strengthen the sense of belonging and cohesion while ensuring that employees' knowledge is kept up to date. The audience was segmented by geographic zone, with pre-created teams corresponding to the Group's various Management Entities and Brands. Participants were able to answer quizzes, take part in photo challenges, complete surveys and challenge themselves using the stepcounter.

Rewards enabled the best team to make a donation to an association, and the best participants to enjoy a special moment with their colleagues or benefit from individual prizes.

A look back at the challenge

A successful challenge

The Pernod Ricard Group has a Code of Business Conduct which all employees are required to brush up on every year. With almost 25% of Group employees taking part in the Challenge, the Compliance Days event exceeded the customer's expectations. Feedback from participants highlighted a better understanding of this E&C policy and the importance of digitalization and gamification of messages, reinforcing the Pernod Ricard Group's determination to expand its actions in this area.
